Lauren will walk you through the provenance of the meat and demonstrate how she would cook with the different cuts of venison, beef and lamb, whilst embracing the rich history of the Houstoun family and their commitment to sustainable farming practices, you will get to indulge in each mouth watering dish. From land to larder immerse yourself in the true essence of Glenkilrie where every bite tells a story.
